Who do we work for?
If you are an individual who needs an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Home Information Pack (HIP) to sell your house, we provide you with a bespoke service, working directly for you.
If you are an estate agent, solicitor, or HIP provider, we can supply you with EPCs and/or HIPs working as a self-employed bought in service. We can also provide you with a back-up service when you are busy, or when your in-house assessors are taking holidays or sickness absence.
Either way, our terms are very affordable, and flexible. We provide expert knowledge converted into excellent service.
