Standard Terms & Conditions
DEAtorbay will provide an onsite survey resulting in the production of an approved Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the property surveyed.
The survey and report will be carried out within the current legislation and registered with the central government authority.
The price that will be charged will be as shown on the Prices page of this website. Any variation to these prices would be confirmed in writing and must be agreed prior to any works being carried out.
All inspections will by appointment only.
Charges for missed appointments will be:-
notice of over 20 days..........................0%,
10 to 20 days....................................25%,
5 to 10 days......................................50%,
3 to 5 days........................................75%,
a full fee will be payable for any missed appointments with less than three days notice.
Payment will be by cheque or cash. Cheques (made payable to A D Coleman) are due when the appointment is confirmed. Cash can be paid at the time of the appointment. Any credit terms would be agreed individually and confirmed in writing, any failure to abide by credit terms will mean that all payment will become due within 7 days, at this stage a credit collection agency will be authorised.
All EPC’s remain the property of DEAtorbay until full payment has been received.
Any complaints should be notified within 10 days of inspection and will be responded to within 10 working days. At this time you will be informed of my accreditation schemes address if the complaint is not resolved.
