How much does it cost?
If you just need an Energy Performance Certificate, we can provide those at the very affordable prices shown below. These are based on the number of main rooms, due to the ambiguities in stating the number of bedrooms. However, if you prefer to pay according to the number of bedrooms, DEAtorbay is prepared to reach agreement before the inspection is arranged.
If you need a full Home Information Pack (which includes the Energy Performance Certificate), this can be provided at a similarly affordable price, as shown below. Again, the basis on which rooms are counted can be agreed before the inspection is arranged.
Outside the designated postcode areas (given on the Area Covered page), we charge 25p per mile (plus VAT).
