How to proceed
If you wish to proceed with a home inspection for either an Energy Performance Certificate or a Home Information Pack, there is certain information we require before the visit. This is to ensure we cover everything necessary when we visit you and provide the best, and most efficient service possible.
We have prepared a Pre-Inspection Questionnaire, and we suggest that you download the form and save it to your computer. this will allow you to gather the information we need in your own time and then complete the form.
You can either print the form and complete it, then post it to the address on the form with your cheque for the appropriate price, or complete it using the Foxit PDF reader (which is free for personal use) which allows you to enter the data directly into the form and save it. This feature is not available in the more familiar Adobe Reader. Once your data has been saved, you can then eMail the questionnaire back to us and arrange payment separately.

To download the FREE Foxit Reader, please click here. Click the ‘Save’ option to save the file to your computer and then install it.
If you prefer not to install Foxit Reader, remember you can always print off the questionnaire, complete it, and then post it to the address on the form.
Completion of the form, and a request for an inspection visit will require acceptance of the Standard Terms and Conditions (found on the Standard Terms page).
